  I want to express our sincere gratitude to Patrick and the staff at Cutler O'Neil for their help in planning our daughter's funeral in June of 2012. Their compassion, level of service, empathy and caring was beyond anything we could have imagined and we will forever be grateful for the way they handled our tragic event and grief. There is a reason they have been in business for over 100 years - it is because they sincerely care about the people they serve and it shows in every detail they attend to. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts.
